Privacy Policy

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Global Consortium for Chemosensory Research (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our notice, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at contact.gccr@gmail.com.

The Global Consortium for Chemosensory Research is a research organization dedicated to understanding COVID-19. We are volunteer based, and working very rapidly around the clock. We do not sell any services, we do not post ads, we do not sell any data, and frankly, we do not aim to make any money at all. We are not interested in user data on this website apart from a small commonly used analytics plugin to help understand how our site is used, and the traffic being sent to it.

This said, when you visit our website GCChemosensoryR.org, and use our services, you trust us with your personal information, even the small amount that may be collected. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to inquire or please discontinue use of our Sites and our services

This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our website (such as GCChemosensoryR.org), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy notice as the "Services"). Note, this does not apply to our COVID-19 questionnaire, which will have a much more stringent privacy policy agreement.

Please read this privacy notice carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.
